I am Erika Beltran with more than 20 experience in areas of finance, control and auditing and I am currently VP of the Shared Services Centers at Pepsico with scope in LATAM, Spain and the United States. I am responsible for centralizing activities in different regions in the areas of Control, Finance and HR, avoiding duplicating structures, standardizing processes, ensuring service quality, delivering productivity and providing added value for decision making to our clients.

I have worked with different cultures, achieving successful centralizations, adapting to cultural issues to achieve a quality service. Managing and developing multicultural teams and actively seeking to be at the forefront of processes and technology.
