This belief is at the center of everything my team and I do - from identifying and attracting the best talent in the industry, developing transformational leadership development programs, listening to and acting on employee feedback and creating inclusive spaces for talent to learn and grow. My own experiences living in multiple countries and leading global organizations have only reinforced my certainty of the positive impact that diverse, engaged teams create. Prior to answering my calling to Human Resources, I transitioned between the courtroom and the boardroom as a labor and employment attorney.
