For the past 16 years I was privileged to lead a successful and progressive Global HR career in the Techno, Telco, Healthcare, and FMCG industries.In my current role, based out of Berlin, I lead the Talent Acquisition function for Delivery Hero across all EU markets. Prior to Delivery Hero, I was the Group Head of Talent Acquisition, Internal and Global Mobility, and Onboarding for e& (formerly known as Etisalat), a $15B technology and investment conglomerate. Additionally, I used to oversee the overall Talent Assessment practice across the end-to-end employee lifecycle; from entry level selection assessments to the executive level development, and succession planning ones. Moreover, I was responsible for the outsourcing function, owning the Outsourcing strategy, and managing the vendor relation, and overseeing the outsourcing service quality that covers 8500+ staff across all functions.
