I have been active in the Ambulatory Surgery Center industry since 1998 having served as a Surgery Center Administrator and Consultant. My consulting experience has allowed me to see best practices from various centers and I am able to share those practices with new centers.

My background as a healthcare provider and years of experience in administration have provided me with a 360 degree understanding of the surgery center. I keep up to date on both business and clinical trends in ASCs. In addition, my experiences in assisting in development, licensing and operations of single and multi operating room centers has been beneficial.

The responsibility for overseeing operations of multiple surgery centers has been enjoyable as I am learning to alter facilty culture, improve efficiencies and enhance relationships from a distance.
