Founder & CEO

Founder and CEO of Betterfly, a leading technology company in the fintech and insurtech space, which became the first social unicorn in Latin America in 2022. He is an Endeavor Entrepreneur, YPO member and Board Member of Teletón, a nonprofit organization in Chile working with children with developmental disabilities and their families.

Upon graduation as an industrial engineer in 2004, he began his career working at J.P. Morgan. In 2014 he moved to Africa, to work as a volunteer teaching English and Mathematics to primary school students in Moshi, Tanzania. He then founded Tyndall Group and Preserve in Community, and was the former CEO of the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games, the second largest international multi-sport event in the world after the Olympic Games.

He has represented Chile in six occasions at the Ironman World Championships. He is a two-time world champion runner-up in his category at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships, as well as a three-time finisher of the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii.
