Senior Vice President, Senior Manager & Director of BSA AML Data, Analytics & Reporting

Dom serves as Senior Vice President, Director of BSA AML Sanctions Data, Systems & Analytics for First Citizens Bank. He is responsible for enterprise ownership and coverage of BSA AML Sanctions platforms, including managing the maintenance and performance of the critical models: Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM), Watchlist Filtering (WLF), and Customer Due Diligence (CDD), as well as BSA AML Sanctions reporting of program KPI/KRI metrics to enterprise executive leadership. Dom has been in this role at FCB, and prior to LD-1 with CIT, since August 2018. Dom and his teams have worked to establish an organizational and functional foundation to ensure all BSA AML Sanctions models, tools, and systems are performing as designed to protect the Bank, its customers, and its shareholders – while facilitating mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth.
