In my most recent position as Chief Data & Analytics Officer, I led the creation of a global team of over 40 outstanding professionals, establishing standardized processes in Data Engineering, Data Infrastructure, Data Science, and Business Intelligence. Among our achievements, we have developed innovative personalization algorithms, a demand planning model, and an expansion strategy. Moreover, I drove the creation of an information query platform with data visualization dashboards, facilitating decision-making and generating new revenue streams through data monetization.
