Sr Program Manager / Change Manager

Dave Davis, PMP, PgMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, DASCSM, AHPP, PMI-ATP, SAFe LPM, is a practitioner of project and program management and a recognized professional in the field of helping businesses implement change. Dave holds 3 master’s degrees including an MBA and eBusiness Project Management. He has published many articles and delivered presentations throughout the world; including the PMI Pulse of the Profession. He has held many roles within the Project Management Institute including executive roles at local and national components, serving on Standards committees, and writing questions for the certification exam. He created the PMI Leadership Community of Practice and has delivered leadership sessions through the world for PMI. Dave is also the Co-Chair of the 2022 PMI-PBA Practice Guide. As far as a real job, Dave is currently a Senior Program Manager for Ohio Healthcare and an active member of several service organizations including: Mobile Meals, ALS Walk, and Nightingale's Harvest.
