Daniella Foster is an integrity-driven Global Strategy, Corporate Affairs, Sustainability/ESG, Innovation and Partnership Development Professional with nearly 20 years of experience driving global strategy, change management, public affairs and business integration. An intrepreneur, connector and communicator, she has spent her career focused on actionable innovation in the business, government and NGO sectors. Daniella is the Executive Board Member, SVP & Global Head of Public Affairs, Science and Sustainability, Consumer Health, Bayer. She previously served as the Global VP of CR and Corporate Foundation President at Hilton, where she led global strategy, business integration, youth economic opportunity, social and environmental investments, signature partnerships and ESG reporting across Hilton’s value chain.

She was also the Global Director of Corporate Affairs for Mars Symbioscience, the in-house innovation incubator of Mars, Incorporated, a $45 billion private company. Foster also served as Partnerships Director at the U.S. Department of State, where she led the establishment of public-private partnerships to commit skills and capital for social impact, climate and innovation in 165 countries. She was Chief of Staff to the Secretary of State’s Advisor, where she led a team implementing policy initiatives and partnerships designed to strengthen emerging democracies and civil society worldwide. Foster spearheaded a variety of Presidential initiatives, including partnerships to grow SME businesses, connect entrepreneurs from around the world, develop youth job skills via mobile technology and accelerate innovation through crowdfunding. She has worked on six continents, tripling growth in agreements with Fortune 500 companies, and was named a top foreign policy leader and featured in Washington Life Magazine as one of Washington’s most influential leaders.
