Dan alone has tried more than 110 cases. 90% of those trials have been on behalf of physicians and hospitals in Georgia.

In the last five years, Dan has averaged six trials a year in Georgia. These trials have been in Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Bibb, Athens-Clarke, Hall and Newton Counties. Each case alleged wrongful death or a catastrophic injury.
In 2018 Dan was selected to be a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Since 2013, Dan has defended to verdict 38 Medical Malpractice cases. 27 were defense verdicts, five plaintiffs verdicts and six mistrials. The trials have involved various allegations of malpratice against both physicians and hospitals. The damages being claimed in each trial exceeded $1,000,000.
