Director, Sales Enablement

Courtney Tucci is the Director of Sales Enablement for the AMERANZ regions at Mirakl. She holds a BA and MS in Education and is forever the consummate teacher and lover of all things learning. Driven by wanting to make a change in how people learn, she spent her early career in the classroom as a middle school teacher before transitioning into B2B sales. She finally found her home in Sales Enablement where she has worked with global teams across a number of industries including market research, no code/low code, and most recently, eCommerce. Courtney was recognized by Sales Enablement Pro as one of 2022’s Women Making an Impact in Enablement and has her master’s thesis published in From Concept to Presentation --- A Practical Handbook for Writing Your Master’s Thesis. When she isn’t talking about MEDDICC qualifiers or the importance of field listening, she can be found spending too much time on her Peloton bike in her NYC apartment.
