Chet Hilton joined GSK in 2021 and serves as the US Chief Digital and Tech Officer. In just over a years’ time, Chet has been able to define and initiate the US digital strategy and transform the US Commercial Business to utilize data and analytics and automation for GSK’s most critical in market therapies. Prior to joining GSK, Chet held progressing roles at McKesson for over 15 years. As the VP Customer Experience at McKesson, Chet led eCommerce, Sales and Marketing Strategies across multiple domestic and international business units. Chet comes to GSK with extensive expertise in big data, pricing science and large-scale transformations and has delivered several million dollars in incremental profit and savings leveraging data & analytics and driving behavior change to multiple layers at McKesson. Chet brings a unique perspective to the US Commercial Leadership Team where he sits as the accountable lead for all Digital, Data and Tech across the US Therapy areas.
