Chelsey is the Head of Revenue Enablement at Nayya, a Benefits Experience platform empowering employees to make personalized, data-driven benefits decisions, to provide financial peace on their best days and confidence on their worst. Chelsey transitioned from Sales to Sales Training to Revenue Enablement and never looked back. Obsessed with asking "why" and helping people hold themselves accountable, Chelsey continues to find herself drawn to early stage startups, and thrives in a whirlwind environment. A true New Yorker, Chelsey loves to wear Black and drink Red (wine). Her superpower is storytelling, and she's a human grammar-check. As a working parent, Chelsey brings a real nurturing approach to the programs she designs and the way she empowers her team to never stop asking "why".
