Dr. Charles (Chuck) Pu is an employee of the UMass Chan Medical School Office of Clinical Affairs and the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services serving as Senior Medical Director for MassHealth’s Office of Long-Term Services & Supports (OLTSS). He continues to practice as a geriatric and internal medicine physician at Mass General Hospital specializing in the care of complex vulnerable populations. Dr. Pu is the former Medical Director at Mass General Brigham’s Center for Population Health one of the nation’s oldest and largest academic ACOs where he oversaw a portfolio of care continuum programs that covered SNF/PAC, Chronic Disease & Rehab Hospitals, Hospice and Advanced Home-Based Medical Care such as Hospital-at-Home. He is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and serves as a core faculty member of Mass General Hospital’s Geriatric Medicine Fellowship program.
