As an entrepreneur and public servant, I have had the fortune to develop a unique 360 perspective on federal contracting, coaching, and training. For over a decade I've worked as a buyer for the U.S. Navy, City of Vancouver Washington, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. I've also provided mentorship, counseling, coaching, and training to hundreds of businesses seeking government contracts during my tenure with Oregon’s Government Contract Assistance Program, and the U.S. Small Business Administration where I served as a Procurement Counselor, Business Development Specialist for the 8(a) program, Veterans Business Development Officer, and Hubzone Business Liaison. I've also owned several business ventures over the years, and am the Founder and President of Waypoint America LLC, where I continue to passionately serve as a consultant, coach, and trainer to businesses, non-profits, and government agencies.
