Carolina Camacho is a partner at Garrigues. Her professional practice focuses on labor and immigration law. Advises Colombian and foreign companies on corporate, labor and immigration matters, including collective dismissal processes, labor audits, human resources processes, contractual terminations, conciliations before the Ministry of Labor, labor litigation, administrative procedures at the Ministry of Labor and procedures immigration matters before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and consulates. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Legal Committee of ACRIP (Association of Human Management) and Leader of the Labor and Human Talent Committee of the Colombian American Chamber of Commerce in Barranquilla and Cartagena. She teaches the master's degree in Social Security at the Javeriana University and the master's degree in Labor Law at the Universidad del Norte.
