Bhavini Soneji

former VP of Product Engineering

Bhavini Soneji is well-established in the world of Product with over two decades of experience building highly scalable software solutions. She previously worked as the VP of Product Engineering at Cruise. She also co-founded Women in Tech, a Los Angeles-based group working to shift the balance of women in tech and mentor the next generation of female tech leaders. Before this, she spent time as the VP of Engineering at Headspace, helping them extend their scope to incorporate new technology areas including data science, analytics, and IT.

Bhavini also has worked as CTO and SVP of Engineering at Heal and as Director of Engineering at Snapchat. Before that, she spent 14 years with Microsoft in various Senior Engineering roles, as a Principal Program Manager, and as a Principal Group Engineer Manager. She worked on a variety of projects including Microsoft Azure, Intune, and their asset inventory service.
