I chased after cyber bad guys as a federal cybercrime prosecutor for years, but couldn't make a dent in the problem - it just grew. As @cyber_swami, I've turned my passion into my career by partnering with companies to be better protected and better prepared.

Today, I serve as a strategic cybersecurity advisor to public companies to guide them through cybersecurity incidents, assess cybersecurity risk, and develop business-centric strategies to mitigate and manage the legal risks of a data breach. Together with my clients we successfully manage their reputation/brand and defend against class action litigation, shareholder derivative suits, and regulatory investigations by FTC, state Attorneys General, and other regulators.

To protect my community and improve our safety and resilience, I collaborate pro-bono with not-for-profit organizations like PISCES, an organization which creates infrastructure to facilitate information sharing between state and local agencies, to improve threat intelligence and protect critical government services.
