Angelique Power is a C-Suite strategic leader who has led multimillion dollar entities through strategic realignment, ESG policy and planning, cyber security implementation and community embedded practices. Regarded as a civic leader across the Midwest region, Power works across sectors to ensure all stakeholders are valued.
Uniquely positioned to understand how different sectors operate, Power has a depth of expertise building multisector strategic plans that leverage community voice. A renown expert in DEI practice, Power had her own consulting firm Powerline Consulting wherein she helped other entities tie DEI to their internal operations and planning.
An expert in talent strategy, Angelique has led teams for nearly thirty years in the corporate, nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. She has worked on recruitment and retention strategies and most recently led her team through post pandemic hybrid officing reinvention along with policies that leverage DEI HR practices with internal business strategies.
