In 2005, Andre had his first encounter with a BI platform, which ignited his passion for the subject, leading him to pursue an MBA in Competitive Intelligence to specialize further. Since 2010, he has been a prominent figure in the consulting domain, currently holding the position of Executive Manager of Data & Analytics. In this role, he effectively manages project deliveries, drives new business opportunities (sales), and oversees people management.

As a leader, he has effectively guided teams of specialists, leveraging technologies such as IBM Cognos BI and TM1, Hadoop Ecosystem (Cloudera distribution), Python, Spark, HBase, and more.
