I have the privilege of building and leading an innovation center of excellence within Novo Nordisk that is focused on defining digital and innovation strategies and solutions at time when healthcare is rapidly moving technology from the bench to the bedside. Over the last 3 years, I solidified the organization's leadership in digital and iInnovation transformation by driving the development of multiple firsts: US digital health strategy, internal incubator, and several pilot solutions to optimize the patient experience and outcomes.

A strong believer in cultivating collaborative relationships and partnerships, I forged and leveraged alliances with startups, academia, and entrepreneurs to accelerate innovation and disruption in the complex US healthcare market. Internally, my strong relationships create connections and open sourced solutioning worldwide, attracting new ambassadors for innovation.
