I am Alyson Van Hooser, a keynote speaker, leadership expert, and author, and I’m on a sold-out mission to develop highly effective leaders who inspire positive change for their people! I draw upon my own experiences to fuel my passion for assisting others, driven by the profound impact that intentional acts of service can have.

My upbringing was challenging, but it taught me the immense power of adopting an ownership mindset. This mindset has allowed me to reshape the course of my life and it can empower anyone to achieve audacious goals. I've applied this mindset throughout my journey, from my time in management at Walmart, leadership roles in the banking and insurance industry, and even serving as an elected city council member - all before reaching the age of 30. Alongside these accomplishments, I also embrace my roles as a wife and mother to four.

My firsthand experience in navigating the complexities of leadership enables me to genuinely connect with the obstacles that leaders encounter. I intimately understand the demands of leadership, and I utilize my experiences to embolden others to enhance their leadership capabilities.

Through my keynotes, training programs, books, and advisory work, I guide individuals at every stage of their careers to implement practical changes that yield tangible results. By merging radical responsibility with proven strategies for success, my relatable approach resonates deeply, igniting minds and propelling everyone forward in their leadership journeys.
