Dr. Alvia Siddiqi serves as Chief Medical Officer, Population Health and Advocate Physician Partners at Advocate Aurora Health, which includes nearly 1.3 million value-based risk lives. She oversees the Population Health Clinical leadership team, including Integrated Care Management, Medical Directors, and Pharmacy. She also guides Government & Value-based Programs, Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, and Health Equity. Dr. Siddiqi is a Board-certified Family Medicine physician and Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). She is past Board Chair and President of the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians, and previously served on AAFP Commission on Quality and Practice.
