Alison is U.S. Bank's in-house Cyber Counsel with OCCIP-sponsored TS/SCI security clearance providing expert legal and business advice to the cyber, data governance, and tech risk management (compliance) departments of a technology-forward financial institution. She brings a breadth of experience that includes congressional affairs and legislative drafting, workplace investigations, law enforcement investigations, regulatory and statutory compliance, crisis management and communication, sexual harassment prevention and response, criminal litigation, ethics, and contract interpretation. Alison loves a challenge...give her a novel issue and she will dive in head first!Alison is equally dedicated to her work as a pro bono advocate for children and veterans. She is a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Colorado’s Fifth Judicial Circuit, giving children a voice during dependency and neglect and truancy cases. She also represents wrongfully discharged service members before the service Boards of Discharge Review and Correction of Military Records.Alison served 20 years in the United States Army, retiring as Lieutenant Colonel in the Judge Advocate General's Corps.
