Accomplished employment and litigation associate with employment law expertise and substantial experience in the law firm, courtroom and corporate contexts, including both single plaintiff and class action trials.I currently provide pivotal employment law expertise and manage complex litigation in the tech industry, including assisting in maintaining the independent contractor classification of external partners in the midst of so many different state laws and changing legal landscapes.I have represented several Fortune 100 companies and growing technology companies in complex litigation and provided counseling on the full spectrum of employment law impacting their businesses and sustainability. I have successfully litigated and counseled on matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the California Labor Code and wage orders, Illinois wage and hour law, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the WARN Act, and many others. Skilled in all aspects of litigation, I have represented corporations in consumer and contract litigation as well, including litigation involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state contract and tort law. I also help corporations conduct internal investigations and ensure compliance with government regulations.
