Head Open Innovation

Innovation specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of startups, entrepreneurship, new businesses, digital transformation, open innovation, technology and retail. He is currently Head of Innovation at WEG, where he aims to develop an open innovation strategy within the Paints and Resins business unit, creating connections with startups, companies, investors, institutions, in addition to bringing the innovation ecosystem closer together, thus generating new products, services and improvements in the production process.

He worked for 10 years at the Technological Park of São José dos Campos, where he was Head of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, designing and implementing the Nexus - Innovation Hub of PqTec, which aims to connect startups, small, medium and large companies, investors and educational institutions, with acceleration programs from early stage to scale-ups and connecting large companies with startups, enabling the process of digital transformation and open innovation. In 2021 Led the innovation and business development team at SoluCX, the leading platform in customer experience management, being responsible for the new product “NPS BENCHMARK”, as a result it increased MRR (monthly revenue) by 36x and built a customer base with big names such as Burger King, Via Varejo and Dafti.



Graduated in production management from FATEC and currently studying a master's degree in technological innovation from UNIFESP. Mentor and speaker at educational institutions and companies always with themes related to the creation and strengthening of innovation ecosystems, business modeling, access to investment, strategic marketing, entrepreneurship, innovation and new business opportunities.
