As the Senior Director of Enterprise Data and Analysis at Apotex, I am responsible for executing and leading the company's data strategy and transformation. With more than 20 years of experience in finance and data leadership roles, I have a proven track record of identifying business opportunities and leading their execution, building and managing high-performing teams, and collaborating effectively with C-level executives across functions to deliver business transformation initiatives.

Some of the highlights of my achievements include building and operating the first Enterprise Data Management and Analytics program as well as enabling the establishment of the first Enterprise Data Architecture Platform for Apotex. Establishing financial rigor, reporting KPI's and intertwining financial performance with ST / LT business decisions and operations while building and leading the commercial finance functions. Driving Pharmex's organizational transformation from private ownership to public governance, processes, and culture.
