Adam Dille

Senior Vice President, Product and Engineering

Adam Dille is a product-focused executive currently working as the Senior Vice President of Product and Engineering for Quantum Metric. Before this role, he was their Vice President where he grew the research and development team from 6 to 45 members in less than three years, expanded their engineering team into product sub-departments, assisted in investment growth, and of course drove product direction. He stepped in and thrived at this demanding and difficult role and succeeded with flying colors, amazing everyone who was working alongside him. He first started at the company as Director of Engineering when he was asked to join the company by the Founder and CEO to spearhead their engineering activities. He also has experience working in software engineering roles at ShopAtHome.com, Lockheed Martin, and Symantec Corporation. Adam holds a Master's in Software Engineering from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Cal-Poly.
