Join us for an inclusive and diverse event where we showcase original content and under-represented voices. Our community-driven event aims to provide a platform for local presenters to share their unique experiences, challenges, and successes. We welcome speakers from all backgrounds, and our audience is diverse. As such, we encourage presenters to make their talk accessible to a room of people with varied technical backgrounds. We want to avoid technical deep dives that cater to only a few people and instead focus on talks that provide value to the entire audience. We understand that public speaking can be intimidating for new speakers. Therefore, we offer guidance and coaching to anyone who requests it. We believe that everyone has a story to tell, and we're interested in hearing yours, regardless of your background or industry. We prioritize original content and prefer talks that haven't been presented in the local area before. We value authenticity and transparency and discourage pitches for products or services. Our event is community-driven, and we prefer direct engagement between speakers and attendees. Therefore, we don't accept third-party submissions. While we'd love to provide a travel allowance for speakers, we're a small event with limited resources, and we're unable to offer travel reimbursements this year. We believe that everyone has a valuable story to tell, and we hope to see you on stage sharing yours with our audience.
