The former Group & Worksite Benefits Conference has evolved and been renamed the Workplace Benefits Conference. This is where you will hear about key topics in the benefits space as we embrace the “New World of Work — New World of Opportunities." Today, we are witnessing an evolution in workplace benefits. Post-pandemic, companies have evolved a more market-driven outlook. They are adapting to the changing landscape of work, and to employees’ needs and expectations. Therefore, to meet the growing needs of our members we have expanded the scope and name of our conference. In the face of a tight labor market and with five generations in the workforce, we have a defining opportunity to create innovative products and intuitive, data-driven technology platforms that can anticipate an individual employee’s life stages and needs while delivering high-quality, easy-to-use services, information, and products in real time.
