Daryl has worked in regional and global B2B marketing leadership roles across technology and professional/financial services organizations for the past 25 years. He has a broad range of marketing expertise across marketing strategy, demand generation, digital and e-commerce, portfolio marketing, and marketing operations. He has a particular interest in the marketing of enterprise software, fintech, and professional and financial services products and businesses. His primary focus is demand and account-based marketing (ABM) research. Prior to joining Forrester, Daryl was at LexisNexis Pacific, where he led all aspects of marketing for the region, including segment marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, digital marketing (including e-commerce channels), public relations, and brand. During his tenure, he grew closed-won conversion rates by 56%. Before this, he was the global head of marketing at Bravura Solutions, a financial technology company, where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing, including the introduction of ABM programs. Preceding his time at Bravura Solutions, Daryl worked and consulted as a senior manager at Deloitte Australia, where he supported technology and financial services segment marketing, Deloitte Digital marketing, and client engagements. In the UK, Daryl was the head of institutional marketing at Legal & General Investment Management, where he was responsible for all pensions and investment marketing activity and successfully launched several new offerings to the UK pension market. At Thomson Reuters, he led information and technology marketing for investment management markets.
